Privacy notice
What we collect about your family, why, who sees it, and how long we keep it. Written to be read, not skimmed.
What we collect
Your name, email, and mobile number. For each child: name, date of birth, sex, health notes you choose to give us, emergency contacts, and the adults you authorize for pickup. Attendance, registrations, payments, and messages with staff. Nothing from third-party trackers; there are none.
Why
To run the programs safely: knowing who a child is, who may collect them, and what a coach needs to know in the room. To take payment and issue receipts. To tell you what is happening and when.
Who sees it
Health notes are shown to a coach or coordinator only during a session your child is in, and every view is logged and visible to you. Admins see that notes exist, not what they say. Nothing about a child is sent by message, WhatsApp, or email. Payment cards are held by Stripe; we never see the number.
How long
Records are never deleted; they are archived with their history so that attendance and safety records stay complete. You can close your account at any time; a front-desk admin completes it and your family's records are archived.
Photos
A child appears in a photo on amana.kids or in an announcement only with your consent, set per child in My Amana, and never on amanahouse.org. See the photo consent notice.
Your choices
See, correct, or export your family's data from My Amana. Turn notifications on or off by channel. Opt out of WhatsApp with one reply. Ask us anything at the address below.
